option B is correct. firstly calculate normality of NaOH , N=eq. mole×1000/volume, eq.mole= weight/eq.weight , eq.mole =4/40 , (*40is molecular as well as eq. weight of the NaOH) then Normality= 4×1000/40×100, N=1 and for nutrilization , N1V1= N2V2 , Here N1 for NaOH and N2 for H2SO4 , 1×100=N2V2 then check all value and which equal to 100 that's right option but here Molarity given so multiple with2 in it then normality find in option B V2= 20ml and for N2=2.5×2 , N2=5 and then N1V1=N2V2 , 1×100=20×5 both are equal.
