Answer:

A cone has a two parts one is Curved surface area and the base is circular area.

to find the base area = it's πr²

= π(5)² =25π cm²

and the volume of the cone is =

 \frac{1}{3}\pi \: {r}^{2} h

then using this the volume is = 1/3(π)(25)(10)

= 250π/3 cm³

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of Cones and Pyramids

For example, to calculate the volume of a cone with a radius of 5cm and a height of 10cm: The area within a circle = πr2 (where π (pi) is approximately 3.14 and r is the radius of the circle). In this example, area of base (circle) = πr2 = 3.14 × 5 × 5 = 78.5cm2.
