64{x}^{3}+ 144 {x}^{2} y + 108x {y}^{2}  + 27 {y}^{3}

 = (4x)^{3}  + 3 \times (4x)^{2}  \times 3y + 3 \times 4x \times (3y)^{2}  + (3y)^{3}

 = (4x + 3y)^{3}

Now,

x = 6

x = 2

Therefore, the result will be,

(4 \times 6 + 3 \times 2)^{3}

 = (24 + 6)^{3}

 = 30^{3}

 = 27000
