now , c.s.a. of hemisphere =

2\pi {r}^{2}

2( \frac{22}{7} )(5.25)(5.25)  =  \frac{1212.75}{7} = 173.25 \:  {cm}^{2}

so ,area of bowl is 173.25 cm^2

now ,rate of its painting =

 \frac{173.25}{100}  \times 16 = rs. \: 27.72
