Ordinary and generalized angular momentum:
• Ordinary angular momentum is defined as the product of angular velocity and moment of inertia and this angular momentum is analogous to linear momentum
• On the other hand, generalized angular momentum is the one where n-dimensional polar coordinates are defined and eigenfunctions are calculated by the use of results known from the factorization method of resolving eigenvalue problems.
