It's green color helps it camouflage in the green environment in which it is protected. Its shape helps it leap away to safety and reach to compacted places, and due to its shape it can adapt easily in the wetlands. ... FRANGIPANI : 5 Adaptations :


(i) It is very toxic plant and hence this keeps it protected.


(ii) It has a skunk which protects it .


(iii) It sprays toxic gas which may cause blindness .


(iv) It has several glands that secrete toxic gas which is very painful .


(v) It is water resistant too .
