a.It set limits on poll expenses. The commission is responsible for maintenance of the electoral rolls and establishing the schedules of elections. The commission is empowered with prohibiting dissemination or publication of voting trends that seek to influence voters by opinion polls or exit polls.

b.The party that loses the presidential elections forms the opposition. In a democracy, both parties represent a sec of people. The more votes, the stronger the position. The duty of the opposition is to point out the mistakes or loopholes in the winning party's governance and highlight issues that need to be catered. This helps better the existing governance and fulfills the main idea of a democracy where everyone is heard

c.

Good examples of countries that have this system include Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Philippines, and South KoreaA multi-party system is a system in which multiple political parties across the political spectrum run for national election, and all have the capacity to gain control of government offices, separately or in coalition. ... In these countries, usually no single party has a parliamentary majority by itself

d. coalition government in a parliamentary system is a government in which multiple political parties cooperate, reducing the dominance of any one party within that "coalition". The usual reason for this arrangement is that no party on its own can achieve a majority in the parliament

e.Advantages: You get a stronger government with a majority coalition than a party trying to rule with a minority. More people's views are represented in the policies implemented than if just one party ruled. ... Disadvantages: Less stable, a coalition is more likely to fall apart and break up than a one-party government.
