2002 in various District Courts of Delhi. He is
having special knowledge and expertise in the
field of Criminal Law. Mr. Ankit (appellant)
appointed Mr. Anurag as his advocate to file a
Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) before the
Supreme Court of India. Mr. Anuraag was not
allowed by to do so by the filing authorities of the
Supreme Court. Why was Mr. Anurag not
allowed to file the Special Leave to Appeal
(Criminal), even though he is a qualified lawyer
having expertise and experience in the field of
Criminal Law?
