it's actually not PQR it's POR

<POR = 5x

<ROQ = 7x

as POR and SOQ are vertically opposite angles they are equal.

and ROQ and POS are also equal.

Sum of all angles is 360°

POR+ROQ+SOQ+POS = 360 °

5x+7x+7x+5x = 360°

24x = 360°

x = 15°

Then <SOQ = 5 (15 ) =75°
