Reversible changes are those changes which can be reversed to the initial form and back to the second form.

eg; 1) Conversion of water into ice

2) Liquefaction of Gas

Irreversible changes can't be converted back into original or initial state.

eg; 1) Ripening of fruits

2) burning of paper
