=>selling price of 35 greeting cards = Rs35.x

Loss=Rs. 5x

Cost price of 35 greeting card = Rs. (Rs35 + 5)x = Rs 40x

Loss% = $\frac{Loss}{C.P}$×100

=$\frac{5x}{40x}$×100 = 12.5%
