Step-by-step explanation:

Steps of Construction:

1. First draw a straight line of measure MN = 5.2 cm

2. Mark an angle of 90-degree using protractor at point N (since all the angles in rectangle are 90-degree)

3. Measure 7.3 cm in your compass and with M as a centre cut the line NO at point P. Join MP

4. Repeating step no 2, Mark an angle of 90-degree using protractor at point M and draw a line ML. Keeping point P as centre and measuring 5.2 cm on the compass, draw an arc cutting line ML at point Q. (since opposite sides of a rectangle is equal)
