Answer:
A- Blind spot is a small area of the retina insensitive to light where the optic nerve leaves the eye. when the image of an object is formed at the blind spot in the eye, it cannot be seen by the eye . Blind spot is not sensitive to light because there are no light sensitive cells like rods or cones in this region.
B- The persistence of vision of normal human eye 1/6 . retention of visual perception of an object even after the rays of light proceeding from it have stopped to enter the eye is called persistence of vision. normally an image remains in the retina for 1/6 sec after removal of its stimulus.
