Bolsheviks :
- The Bolsheviks were majority group of workers of Russia.
- Vladimir Lenin led this group. He thought that in repressive society like Tsarist Russia, party should be disciplined and control the number and quality of its members.
- They were the group who conducted Russian Revolution.
Mensheviks :
- Mensheviks were the minority group.
- They thought that party should be open to all.
- They didn't believe in revolution but wanted to bring changes through democratic means.
