Answer:

The difference between Torris zone and Fridge zone:-

Torrid Zone -

  • The region where the sun is exactly overhead experiences high temperatures and is called the torrid zone.

Fridge zone -

  • The region where the sun's rays are always slanting. These region are called the frigid zone.

Explanation:

  • The Torrid Zone

The midday sun is exactly overhead at least once a year on all attitudes between the tropic of Cancer and tropic of Capricorn so this region experiences high temperatures and is called the torrid zone.

  • The Fridge Zone

The regions lying between the Arctic circle and the north pole in the northern hemisphere and the Arctic circle and the south pole in the southern hemisphere experience very low temperatures. This is because the sun does not rise much above the horizontal here and so the sun's rays are always slanting. These regions are called the fridge zone.
