1. Set of all points in a plane is an infinite set.

2. Set of all points in a line segment is an infinite set.

3. Set of all positive integers which is multiple of 3 is an infinite set.

4. W = {0, 1, 2, 3, ……..} i.e. set of all whole numbers is an infinite set.

5. N = {1, 2, 3, ……….} i.e. set of all natural numbers is an infinite set.

Any Set that does not contain any element is called the empty or null or void set. The symbol used to represent an empty set is – {} or φ. Examples: Let A = {x : 9 < x < 10, x is a natural number} will be a null set because there is NO natural number between numbers 9 and 10.

Answer:

Definition of an Infinite Set. An infinite set is a set whose elements can not be counted. An infinite set is one that has no last element. An infinite set is a set that can be placed into a one-to-one correspondence with a proper subset of itself.

The null set, also referred to as the empty set, is the set that contains no elements. ... Another example of the null set is the set of all even numbers that are also odd. Clearly a number cannot be both odd and even, so there are no elements in this set.
