Take LCM of 3 and 5

 \frac{ - 1}{15} , \frac{2}{15}

 \sf So \: rational \:  number \:  between \frac{ - 1}{15}  \: and \:  \frac{2}{15}  \: is : -

  \frac{0}{15} , \frac{1}{15}

b) \:  \sqrt{ 3}  \: and \:  \sqrt{5}

 \sqrt{ \sqrt{3}  \times  \sqrt{5} }

 \sqrt{ \sqrt{15} }

 {(15})^{ \frac{1}{4} }

=1.97
