Given:-

  • Area of the parallelogram is 840 cm².
  • Height of the parallelogram is 21cm .

To Find:-

  • The base of the parallelogram.

Solution:-

We know that the area of parallelogram is

\boxed{\red{\sf Area_{llgm}=base\times height }}

=> Area = b*h

=> 840 cm² = b * 21cm

=> b = 840cm²/21cm.

=> b = 40cm.

Hence the base of parallelogram is 40 cm.
