Solution - For the first case -

The first 7 at right is at thousands place. The 7 at left is at crores.

First place value = 7*1000

First place value = 7000

Second place value = 7*10000000

Second place value = 70000000

Difference = 70000000 - 7000

Difference = 69,993,000

For the second case -

The first 7 at right is at tens place. The 7 at left is at ten thousands.

First place value = 7*10

First place value = 70

Second place value = 7*10000

Second place value = 70000

Difference = 70000 - 70

Difference = 69,930

Hence, the difference between the place values of 7 is 69,993,000 and 69,930.
