Area of square = 400 sq. cm

Breadth of rectangle = 16 cm

Let the length be 'x'.

According to question

Length × Breadth = Area

x × 16 = 400 sq. cm

we transfer 16 from LHS to RHS

x = 400/16

x = 25

Length = 25
