5. Answer: X = 200

Step-by-step explanation:

Let number be 'X'

> It's fifth part = X/5

> Fourth part = X/4

X/5 + 5 = X/4 - 5

> (X + 25) / 5 = (X -20) / 4

> 4(X + 25) = 5(X - 20)

> 4X + 100 = 5X - 100

> 5X - 4X = 200

> Hence, X = 200

6. Let the numbers be 4x, 5x and 6x

According to the question we can write as 6x+4x=5x+55

On rearranging we can write as 10x – 5x = 55

5x=55 x=55/5=11

So the numbers are 44, 55 and 66
