a) Plastics is a bad conductor or insulator of electricity. It prevents us from electric shocks. To complete the circuit, we have to remove the plastic coating to connect wires so that the current may flow through the circuit.
b) Even though we exert force on the tree, it does not move.
Work done = force applied * displacement and since the displacement of the wall is zero , work done is also zero.
c) Since work done is equal to force x displacement so if there is no vertical displacement then work done = force x 0 = zero.
Only horizontal work is applicable
