Answer:
Lord Hanuman was cursed by Maharishi Vyas, Lord Hanuman in the pride of his powers blown the air by a Phook. Burning stick fallen on the knee of Maharishi Vyas & burnt his knee. Enraged of this Maharishi Vyas cursed him that he will forget all his powers. But at that time suddenly heavenly voice came that if Lord Hanuman forgets all his powers than the goal for which he is born he will never be able to achieve. This calmed down Maharishi Vyas & he told that he cannot take back his curse but whenever Hanuman needs his powers back for any reason, if he prays to who is his worshipped ‘aradhya’, he will get back his powers
Explanation:
true that Hanuman is still alive, in this age & time?
No…I don’t believe him anymore. I used to have faith in him and believed that he is immortal but it goes against my logic.I am unwilling to continue reading Hanuman Chalisa because I can’t betray my intellect anymore.
1)Daily 21000 children starved to death,Where is hanuman Ji?Is he re-reading sunderkand in caves?
2)Brutal slaughtering of humans taking place by ISIS where is hanuman Ji? Is he busy publishing copies of Tulsidas Ramayana??
3)Rapes happening daily,Where is hanuman Ji,Where was he when Nirbhaya was brutally raped and murdered in moving bus? Was he enjoying Anup Jalota Bhajan with earplugs inn?? Tell me.
4)Where was Hanuman Ji during “The Union Carbide Gas Leak”? Was he busy chanting “Ram-Ram”?
5)Where is hanuman Ji when one million people commit suicide every year??
Was he busy re-building Ram-setu?
6)Where is hanuman Ji when innocent children die due to malnutrition. Is he resting in Himalayas?
India accounts for the highest number of deaths of children under-five years of age with 50% of such deaths caused mainly due to malnutrition.
Please don’t say “He only helps and appears to those who pray him with devotion”. Isn’t the human suffering and begging for mercy is enough for demi-god Hanuman Ji to appear and help?
Why only he appears to his devotees?May be his devotees are busy in making up false interesting stories about his presence!!
Even if one can account past-life Karma to be the cause of above mentioned suffering, how can you justify the absence of hanuman Ji in these terrible circumstances?
He is called Sankatmochan but he never appears in any sankat.
True Non-dual wisdom of our Vedantic literature has been contaminated highly by mythical stories. May be hanuman character was mere a metaphor to convey some spiritual stuff that were not supposed to be taken literally.May be these characters were developed by the writer to depict some phenomenon of spirit, mind and/or body. I don’t know why people consider any human form or personality to be god. The bitter truth is that human-looking-religious god has never appeared even if the circumstances were threatening. Two world wars fought, Where were these religious gods/demi-gods were doing ? Perhaps they might be playing rummy behind the clouds at that time!!
Answer:
1. Ask them. Explain exactly what you need, by when, and why.
2. Involve them. Ask them what it will take for them to get involved. Everyone is different, and what may be highly motivating for one person could be agony for someone else. Find out what motivates them and tailor your expectations accordingly.
3. Trust them. Give them the autonomy to decide how the work will be done, within certain parameters. Give them ownership, but make sure they know you are available for questions.
4. Inspire them. Explain why you asked them, as opposed to someone else. List the knowledge, skills, and experiences that make them perfectly prepared for the task. People will often live up to your expectations, so set high expectations, and let them know you expect success.
5. Appreciate them. Thank them sincerely. Praise publicly and share positive feedback with their supervisors, as well as with other teammates.
6. Reward them. Provide tangible evidence of your gratitude. Send a handwritten note thanking them for the extra effort on a large project. Certificates, gift cards, plaques, public recognition, another interesting project, and more responsibility are all ways to reward people. Even if you have only a tiny budget, you can do something to show your gratitude.
7. Challenge them. Start a friendly competition among teams or departments, ideally one in which everyone can win or learn something. Keep the competition among teams, not individuals, to prevent it from becoming too contentious.
8. Celebrate them. Celebrate success as a team, but recognize each person’s contribution. If it’s a really large project, break it down into smaller goals that can be celebrated.
9. Inform them. Even after their contribution is complete, let them know how the project turned out. Especially if they aren’t part of the project from beginning to end, make sure they know that their contribution mattered for its ultimate success.
