First get up in the early morning and do exercise daily. Then u have to change ur eating routine ,u should diet . If u can't do that then there is a simple way to burn calories . Drink warm water with honey and lemon this also a simple way to cut the fats , sugars and salts . Then there is another way is that, skipping rope by which u can fastly burn ur calories ....
