Use section formula.

Let B(x,y) be the point.

So,

P(-4,6) = (

 \frac{2x - 6}{3}  \frac{2y- 10}{3}

2x -6 = -12

x = -3

2y - 10 = 18

2y = 28

y = 4

B(-3,4).
