$\tt{→ Loss = CP - SP = x-\frac{4}{5}x=\frac{1}{5}x }$

$\tt{→ Loss\%= \frac{loss}{CP} \times 100 }$

$\tt{→ Loss\% = \frac{\frac{1}{5}x}{x} \times 100 }$
