if there are two different equations then we have to draw two different graphs

for e.g. 2x+3y=23 and 3x+2y=22

but if the equations are same

e.g. 2x+3y=12

12x+18y=72

reduce equation (2)

we get

2x+3y=12

so both equations are same

hence the lines of both graphs would be parallel to each other such that their slopes would be equal ie would be consistent
