We know,

(x - y)( {x}^{2}  + xy +  {y}^{2} ) \\  =  {x}^{3}  -  {y}^{3}

Putting in

x = 3

y = 2

 {3}^{3}  -  {2}^{3}  \\  = 27 - 8 \\  = 19
