5. In a APQR, if PQ = QR and L, M and N are the mid-
points of the sides PQ, QR and RP respectively. Prove
that LN = MN.​

the given triangle above is the required triangle

now as given PQ is equal to QR

point L and M are there mid points

hence by midpoint theorem

1) MN = 1/2 PQ

2) LN = 1/2 QR

now

PQ = QR

hence 1/2PQ = 1/2QR

hence MN = LN
