TOTAL STUDENTS -30

STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN ENGLISH =15

STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN ENGLISH BUT NOT FRENCH=10

(i)SO, NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN FRENCH = 15+5=20 (BEACUSE THE OTHER 10 STUDENTS HAVE NOT FRENCH SO THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)

(ii) 5 STUDENTS HAVE NOT TAKEN ENGLISH BUT HAVE TAKEN FRENCH(BEACUSE THE REMAINIMG 25 STUDENTS HAVE TAKEN ENGLISH )

30-(15+10)=5 STUDENTS

Hope this helps you :)
