I = V/R

I = Current

V = Voltage

R = Resistance

if V is constant

Then  I  ∝ 1/R

No  electric device is Resistance Free

And resistance in series gets added

Hence when more electric devices are added the resistance of circuit increases

as I ∝ 1/R

Hence on increase of resistance , Current will Decrease

Hence always decreases is correct answer
