$sum \: of \: the \: angles \: = 180 °$

$ie. \: <b + 1 \frac{1}{2} <b + 2<b = 180$

$4 \frac{1}{ 2} < b = 180 \\ \frac{9}{2} < b = 180$

$< b = 180 \times \frac{2}{9} = 40 \\ therefore \: < a = 60°$
