Given:

∆ ABC is isosceles triangle.

Solution:

∴ Side AB =Side AC

∴ Angle ABC = Angle ACB

Let Angle ABC = Angle ACB = a

In ∆ ABC ,

Angle A + Angle B + Angle C = 180°

30° + a + a = 180°

30° + 2a = 180°

2a = 180° - 30°

2a = 150°

a = 150°/ 2

a = 75°

∴ Angle B = Angle C = 75°.

x is lin linear pair with B

∴ x = 180°-75°= 105°

lly y = 105°

Answer.

Value of x and y is 105 °.
