Answer:

women were seen as an people who couldn't take their own decisions. they were seen as human beings who could only work inside the house , doing household word, and nurturing babies etc. they were not regarded to be capable of taking such crucial decisions. Voting decided the future governance and was a very sensitive matter and women were not given the right to vote because it was assumed that as they do household work they would have no information about what's going outside

answer: In the early year's women were not given the right to vote in many countries because people had the thought that the right to voting is some sort of a privilege which can only be earned if a person was contributing to the nation's day to day work or economy.

Since women were not considered as a viable part of that system hence they were not given to vote.
