MT = 100  & AH = 48

Step-by-step explanation:

ΔMHT  is aright angle triangle at H

Applying pythagorus theorem

=> MT²  = MH² + HT²

=> MT² = 60² + 80²

=> MT² = 3600 + 6400

=> MT² = 10000

=> MT = 100

Area of Δ MHT  = (1/2) MH  * HT  =  (1/2) * 60  * 80

Area of Δ MHT = (1/2) MT  * AH    ( as AH ⊥ MT)

= (1/2) * 100 * AH

Equating areas

=> (1/2) * 100 * AH =   (1/2) * 60  * 80

=> AH = 40
