WITH. RATIONAL

A rational number is p/q where p and q are coprimes and q is not equal to 0

we have 4 and 5

if nothing is there in denominator we can take 1 as denominator

there we can write 4 as 4/1 and 5 as 5/1

now taking l.c.m. As 10

we will get 40/10 and 50/10

so rational nos between 40/10 and 50/10 are 41/10 i.e. 4.1 to 49/10 i.e. 4.9

WITH IRRATIONAL.

so 4<√17< √18<√19<√20<√21<√22,<√23 < √24< 5. (SQUARE ROOTING THE NO.) So irrational numbers between 4 and 5 r √17, √18,√19,√20,√21,√22,√23 ,√24.
