Every individual has his own importance and plays a role in the world.
Though there are different categories of people across the world, the rich and the poor, the literates and the illiterates, the young and the old, men and women and various other such categories of people, yet each and every individual has his own importance in this world who contributes something or the other in his own way and plays a role in this world. So also each, scientifically every organisms in this world has its own importance and plays their own role. Like the micro-organisms too are useful in their own way and help in contributing something or the other to the world. For e.g decomposers help in decomposing the dead and decayed matter and thus return the essential nutrients to the soil. Hence there need to be a mutual respect among the people.

Yes, you have said very right. I totally agree with you. Every organism plays its important role in the nature. We cannot live alone and even the mankind cannot survive alone in the earth. In our daily life we depend on others for many different purposes. So we are incomplete without others. Hence we must respect each other and live mutually helping each other.
Scientifically, it is very true. Everything is cycling on the earth and every organism plays an essential role to complete those cycles. We do not bring anything to the earth and we cannot take anything from the earth, it is true. Though decomposers are minute but play a major role by decomposing dead bodies of animals and plants. They not only decompose the dead bodies but also help to return back all the nutrients and minerals back to the soil.
So you are very right while saying we have to respect each other in the society to live happily and respect every creature of the nature equally.

a.But what is EI and why is it so important? Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and regulate one's emotions and understand the emotions the others. A high EQ helps you to build relationships, reduce team stress, defuse conflict and improve job satisfaction.
