key features of Federalism are:
1- there are two or More tiers of government.

2- to change the fundamental provision of the constitution require the consent of both the levels of government.

3- the existence and authority of each tier of government is constitutionally guaranteed.

4- the federal system also has dual objectives.... i.e.,to safeguard and to promote unity of the country.

5- an ideal federal system must have mutual trust and agreement to live together.

Features of Federalism are:-

• There are two or more levels of government.

• Different levels of government govern the. same citizens but each level has its own. jurisdiction.

• The existence and authority of each level of government is constitutionally guaranteed.

• The fundamental provisions of the constitution cannot be unilaterally changed by one level of government.

• Courts have the power to interpret the constitution and the powers of different levels of government.

• Source of revenue for each level of government are clearly specified to ensure it's financial autonomy.
