The cow is a Domestic animal. She is called the mother or 'gao mata' by the Hindus. They also worship her.
Cows are found everywhere in the world. American cows have no horns. In India who have been very common and almost every farmers keep them.
Cow has four legs ,two horns and a long tail. She has two ears. Cows different shape size and colour.
A cow eats grass and grain. She gives us milk from milk we make so many things such as curd, butter, ghee , cheese and khoya.
According to doctors cows milk is perfect food and therefore it is given to newly born children in case of need. Cows milk makes us strong and healthy it is also useful for the brain.
Cows hides is used to make shoes and belts. Her horns are used for making buttons. The dung of the cow is used as manure and fuel. The calves of cow when they grow up become oxen, these are used by farmers for ploughing the fields and drawing carts. Thus a cow is a useful domestic animal. She is a real wealth for a farmer as well as for a common man as she eats little but gives a lot of milk.

Cow are one of the most domesticated animal . They are found in every country of the world and are the important source for milk.A cow hides also important in making of shoes and other products. Cow milk is being used as the basic raw material for many products like the yogurt , butter as well as the cheese etc. The cow milk is really a perfect food as it makes us healthier.
