5 litres of kerosene oil weighs more in winter season.

- The volume of a liquid is directly proportional with the the temperature because the density of the liquid is inversely proportional with the temperature.

- Which means, between the two liquids of same volume but with different temperatures, the colder liquid will have more amount of weight in a particular density than the hot liquid.

That's why the 5 litre kerosene will weigh more in the winter season due to greater density value in a single unit of volume.
