According to your question , we have to find the value of 'm' here.

by solving the equation given above.

We will multiply the numbers that are outside of the bracket.

So , Let's find the value of m

5(m + 2) = 3(m - 2) \\ \\ = \geqslant 5m \: + 10 = 3m - 6 \\ \\ = \geqslant sign \: will \: be \: change \: when \: we \\ will \: shift \: the \: number \: from \\ lhs \: to \: rhs \: or \: (vise \: versa) \\ \\ = \geqslant 5m - 3m = - 6 - 10 \\ \\ = \geqslant 2m = - 16 \\ \\ = \geqslant m = \frac{ - 16}{2} \\ \\ = \geqslant m = - 8

So , we got the value of m as -8
