Since M(m,2m+1) is a solution of the equation,

The value of abscissa and ordinate of M satisfy the equation 3x+4y=26.

Substituting x by m and y by 2m+1 in the equation, we have:-

3(m)+4(2m+1)=26

=>3m+8m+4=26

=>11m=26-4

=>11m=222

=>m=22/11=2

Thus, value of m=2
