Given:

5 मी०x7 मी० x 6 मी० आकार के एक लकड़ी के बक्से में 5 सेमी० x7 सेमी० x6

सेमी० आकार के कितने डिब्बे रखे जा सकते हैं?

To find:

No. of cans

Solution:

We know,

\boxed{\bold{Volume \:of \:a\:cuboid = length \times breadth \times height}}

The dimensions of the wooden box:

Length = 5 m

Breadth = 7 m

Height = 6 m

∴ The volume of the wooden box = 5 × 7 × 6 = 210 m³

\boxed{\bold{1\:cm = \frac{1}{100}\:m  }}

The dimensions of the each can:

Length = 5 cm = 0.05 m

Breadth = 7 cm = 0.07 m

Height = 6 cm = 0.06 m

∴ The volume of the each can = 0.05 × 0.07 × 0.06 = 2.1 × 10⁻⁴ m³

Now,

The required no. of cans that can fit inside the wooden box is,

= \frac{Volume \:of \:Box}{Volume \:of\:1 \:can}

= \frac{210 \:m^3}{2.1 \times 10^-^4\: m^3}

= \frac{210\times 10^4}{2.1}

= \frac{21 \times 10^6}{21}

= 10^6

= \bold{1000000}

Thus, the no. of cans that can be kept inside the wooden box is → 1000000.
