Let the speed of the rickshaw and the bus are X and Y kilometre per hour respectively .

now she had taken time to travel to kilometre by rickshaw , t1=2/x h .

and she had taken time to travel remaining distance I.e. (14-2)=10km by bus = t4= 10/y h

so according to the question,

2u + 12( \frac{1}{40} ) = \frac{1}{2} \\ 2u = \frac{1}{2} = u = \frac{1}{10} \\ \frac{1}{x} = u \\ \\ \frac{1}{x} = \frac{1}{10} = x = 10km \\ or \: \: \: \: \: \: \frac{1}{y} = v = \frac{1}{y} = \frac{1}{40} \\ y = 40km

Hence the answer is 10 km /h and 40 km /h.
