An informal letter to a friend about Mumbai study halls can be written as follows:

301, Blue Bell society

Wadala

Mumbai

18th January 2022

Dear Meena,

How have you been? I hope uncle and auntie are doing fine. I miss your dog Bruno, give him my love. I have recently started taking piano lessons, which has been keeping me quite occupied, and I rarely get any free time. I am in very good health, and I hope you are doing great as well.

Recently, there has been an interesting development in my locality that I am very excited to share with you. The mayor of Mumbai has recently passed an order to convert the area under the Brahman flyover near my house into a study hall. It is an initiative that aims to educate students from different backgrounds collectively and promote equality and harmony. I think it is an excellent decision and mindful usage of the space under the flyover, which often gets used as dumping grounds for garbage. The construction of study halls will promote students from poorer backgrounds to become more inclined towards studies as well.

I hope you can visit Mumbai sometime soon so that we can visit the study hall together, which will hopefully be constructed in another 2 years. I miss auntie's homemade cooking and hope we can reunite soon.

Yours lovingly,

Radhika
