$<body> Ans. PPC is drawn on the assumption that the given resources are fully as well as efficiently utilised. Unemployment is a situation when resources are not fully utilised. Or, it is a situation of underutilisation of resources. It would mean that the economy is not operating on the PPC but somewhere inside the PPC, PPC would not shift.</body>$
