It's very true saying " HEALTH IS WEALTH " . It can inspire us to be conscious to our health.
Nothing is more valuable than health.
In this generation, we can notice that people run towards money, they think money is everything in this world. And do not take care of their health either.
But there are others, who think that health is more important. They earn less, but earn for a long time as they have good health.
Health should be considered first, It's very important and essential. In this generation, we find that foods aren't having much protein or nutrients as compared to they had before, so taking care of health will keep us healthy and fit .
Wealth is nothing, when a person die, it does not have the wealth along with him but health lives long.
It is also said that " Instrument can be theft, not talent " . It means that a thief can take away any instrument, but if a person has talent, no one can take away it.
So it's Truely said "Health is wealth "

Health is wealth. There is nothing in our life that is more valuable than good health. Without health there is no happiness, no peace and no success. A person with bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being wealthy.
Health is more valuable than money. Money cannot buy health and happiness. But a healthy person remains in a state of bliss and happiness..
