first simple b we will result in maximum evaporation because wind AIDS the phenomenal and second thing is that which spread out clothes while drying them on cloth line because to maximize the surface area of evaporation because proportional to the surface area if this activity is carried out on rainy day then according to me it will decrease the rate of evaporation because humid air there are a lot of water vapours already so it decreases the capacity of atmosphere to hold or more water molecules so rate of evaporation generally declined
