$x- [ \frac{95}{100} \frac{8}{100}x+ \frac{5}{100}x] = 43700$
                      $\frac{10000x-760x-500}{10000} = 43700$
                                                         10000x - 1260x = 437000000
                                                                         8740x = 437000000
                                                                                  x = 50000
