given polynomial-3x^5-6x^2-8x-3

g(x)=x-2

now, g(x)=0

x-2=0

x=2

putting x=2 in the polynomial we get

3×2^4-6×2^2-8×2-2

3×16-6×4-16-2

48-24-18

48-42
